Luxury room, hotel in a historic location. The staff here was absolutely amazing - courteous service & friendly communication. The beds were neat, I slept well. Had marvellous breakfast with fruits and salads, for instance.

I loved this gorgeous hotel, especially non-smoking rooms and unbeatable location. Beds were a bit hard, even so it was truly a really nice stay. Savoury breakfast and staff was outstanding.

A relaxing hotel with a nice restaurant and tasty food. The breakfast was included and had lots of meals. Good beds in our a twin room. The location was perfect, for example, Dotonbori was just a short walk away from the property.

Particularly good location, fairly clean and WELL ORGANIZED place. It had lots of meals for breakfast, including yogurt, cereal and bread. A shopping mall and a market were right next door. Everything was just perfect!

Stayed here before, liked staff and location. Lots of options for breakfast including breads, cereal and yogurt. The bonus was superb room decor and cozy bar. Everything was so good as expected, even so the bathroom was a bit small. The staff did all they can for a very lovely stay.

I had an awesome stay at this good comfy hotel. Free wifi was available ; the breakfast was complimentary! Compact, tidy room with a soft bed. A private safe, television and a work desk were standard, but I loved that. The breakfast staff took care of me.
